For my readers that I’ve lost, the last month has been hectic! I’ve had a bunch of computer issues, mostly with harddrive issues.
For a quick update, the Jim Dandy BBQ competition that was going to happen in June is NOT going to be in June. It’s going to be in September instead, probably the first or second weekend. More info will be forthcoming!
Other than that, our near future calendar includes:

Ohio Smoked Meats Festival, October 19-20(?)

Dave, I’ll be getting more in the near future. We’ve got a cooking class coming up that we’re taking, and I’m teaching 2 grilling classes in May. Until that time, we’ll be practicing and cooking, and I’ll get more up very soon.

I hear ya! I haven’t posted much on The Survival Gourmet either. Been more concerned about http://waistloss.wordpress.com. It’s hard to write about dieting and food atr the same time.
